From a natural Travertine slab to a complete custom washbasin — every step requires precision.
For this project, Travertine was selected for its warm beige tone, natural texture and timeless character.
The fabrication process starts with the selection of suitable slabs and continues through cutting, machining, component fabrication and final assembly.
The washbasin is composed of multiple Travertine pieces, which are precisely cut and carefully bonded together to form an integrated stone structure.
Fabrication Process
Raw Material Selection
Travertine slabs are selected according to the required color, texture and project specifications.
Cutting & Machining
The slab is precisely cut and processed into individual components.
Basin Fabrication
The basin is carefully fabricated to achieve the required dimensions and internal structure.
Stone Bonding
Individual Travertine components are manually bonded and assembled to create a stable finished structure.
Final Inspection
The completed washbasin is checked for dimensions, bonding details and overall finish before delivery.
